About the Course

The Islamic Studies course at Alnoor Academy introduces students to the core beliefs, practices, history, and values of Islam.

Lessons are designed to make Islamic knowledge clear, relevant, and enjoyable. Rather than focusing only on memorization, students are encouraged to understand what they learn, ask questions, and connect Islamic teachings to real-life situations.

The course supports students in developing a balanced Islamic identity based on authentic knowledge, excellent manners, responsibility, and compassion.


What Students Will Learn

Islamic Beliefs

Students learn about Allah, the pillars of Iman, the purpose of life, the prophets, the revealed books, the angels, the Day of Judgment, and divine decree.

Worship and Fiqh

Students develop a practical understanding of purification, prayer, fasting, charity, Islamic manners, and other important acts of worship.

Seerah

Students explore the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, including his character, mission, challenges, leadership, and lessons from important events in his life.

Hadith

Students study selected sayings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and learn how to apply their guidance in daily life.

Islamic History

Students are introduced to inspiring prophets, companions, scholars, and significant events from Islamic history.

Character and Manners

The course emphasizes honesty, kindness, patience, gratitude, respect for parents, responsibility, generosity, and good treatment of others.
